👨🏻🍳 Today we will share very tasty and simple to make raw vegan cake recipe that will convince your mom, dad and everyone else that raw vegan cakes are awesome. Check it out👇🏻😍
• 200g walnuts
• 22 pitted dates
• 1,5-2 bananas
• 1,5 tbsp tahini
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 25-50g coconut flakes
• 6 blackberries
• 1 tsp maca powder (available here)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup (available here)
Step I - crust
Soak walnuts in water for an hour. Put the walnuts in a food processor and add 10 dates. Process ingredients until the mixture will look like wet sand, but don’t over process. Put the processed mass on a small/medium sized tart pan and press into the bottom. Place the tart pan in freezer to set while working with the filling.
Step II - filling
Put the rest ingredients (including 12 dates) in the food processor and mix all together. It should look like this:
Step III - combining crust and the filling
Take out the tart from the freezer and pour the filling on top of it gently. Put everything back to the freezer for few hours.
Step IV - final decoration
Take out the raw cake from the freezer and add some coconut flakes and some blackberries on the top of it. Serve the cake and enjoy.
