The best part - it only requires 4 ingredients and takes ±10 minutes to prepare.
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 7 small dates
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 100g of chocolate (although, she used @lovechock_official, you could try using any other vegan chocolate, such as Ach Chocolate - available here, or you could try Nature's Charm - available here - coconut chocolate fudge sauce for instance, why not?)
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven for about 5-10 minutes at 200°C, let them cool down before removing/rubbing off the loose skin from the hazelnuts. Melt the chocolate in a bowl placed in hot/boiling water (if you would decide to go with Nature’s Charm then the chocolate fudge is already “melted”). Blend 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts (set aside the rest of the hazelnuts for decoration), the dates and tahini until they become sticky. Press down in molds and pour over the chocolate (about 1-2 tbsp for each cup), decorate with some hazelnuts and pop in the freezer for 10 min. Easy!
