👨🏻🍳 Each time we showcased our BBQ jackfruit (available here) mini burgers people asked us about the recipe, because it was so delish they wanted to make the same burgers at home. Here is our ‘super easy to make’ epic bbq jackfruit burger recipe friends👇🏻😍
- 1/2 red cabbage (average size)
- 1-2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/3 lemon -> lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- pinch of salt and pepper (to taste)
Step I - cabbage
Chop the cabbage very finely /////// and leave it untouched.
Step II - sauce
Squeeze garlic using garlic squeezer into the oil and add mustard, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper and the lemon juice. Mix everything.
Add mayo to the sauce and mix it.
Add completed sauce to the cabbage and mix everything.
Open our BBQ jackfruit and fry it on a pan for few minutes. You will smell the bbq taste very soon. Once fried take the bun and put the cabbage mix first, then add BBQ jackfruit as a topping. Cover it with another bun, take a bite and enjoy the moment :)
PS. You could add jackfruit first covering it with the cabbage mix or adding extra ingredients such as tomato or/and avocado slice. Share your experience with us afterwards.
